Use Python to analyze the gender pay gap

Join us for an insightful session where we'll explore how Python, a powerful tool for data analysis, can be applied to real-world issues of inequality. We'll focus specifically on the persistent gender pay gap in the tech world. Attendees will gain an understanding of the key datasets available, techniques for data cleaning and analysis, and how to visualize disparities in pay across different industries, roles, and demographics.

Our keynote speaker, Isabel Rosa, PhD, will guide participants through the practical steps of conducting a gender pay gap analysis using Python. Whether you're a data science and machine learning enthusiast, a social researcher, or an advocate for workplace equity, this webinar will equip you with the skills to turn raw data into actionable insights. No advanced coding experience is required - just curiosity and a desire to make data work for social change.
